John Wagner – CEO

John Wagner has worked in the network industry developing carrier class management systems for nearly two decades. He formerly held the position of Technical Director of Management Systems at Cedar Point Communications where he was responsible for managing the architecture and development of the next generation SafariView EMS system. SafariView is currently used by several large carrier class VOIP providers.

Previously, John held developer and manager positions at Equipe Corporation, Nortel Networks, Bay Networks, and Cabletron. At Nortel Networks, John was the Development Manager for the Optivity Service Accounting product, used by wireless carriers to collect and process the billing data for wireless network usage.

John received a B.S. in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Roger Desroches – EVP Engineering

Roger has nearly two decades of experience in designing, developing, and managing Network and Element Management products. He was most recently a project lead at Cedar Point Communications where he was instrumental in the design and development of the carrier class SafariView EMS System and Safari Fusion VOIP Application Platform. Prior to that, Roger held developer and management positions at Equipe Corporation, Cisco, Bay Networks, Cascade/Ascend Communications, and Cabletron, and holds a patent in processing the state of device connections through endpoint inspection.

Along with his years of experience in management platforms, Roger has worked with Java and Web technologies since 1997 with a focus on delivering products that can keep up with the real time requirements that network management applications require. Roger has spent many years developing web applications in environments such as Apache, JBoss, WebLogic, and GlassFish.

Roger holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire.

Subramaniam Aiylam (“A.V.”) – CTO

A.V. has worked for over two decades in hardware and software design, architecture and development and has run multiple complex projects in areas as diverse as real-time operating systems, high-speed printing, server-side Web development and financial software. Most recently, A.V. worked at Exagrid Systems developing fault-tolerant distributed management systems for their data storage product. Prior to that he worked as lead developer and architect at Equipe Communications, Webhire and GammaGraphX.

A.V. completed his M.S. in Computer Science from Boston University and holds a patent in the processing of image data for high-speed commercial printing.
